Con riferimento ai Titoli in oggetto, emessi in data 25 giugno 2019, in conformità con i termini e le condizioni dei Titoli stessi, UniCredit S.p.A. comunica che, avendo ricevuto l'autorizzazione del Single Resolution Board, eserciterà l'opzione di rimborso integrale dei Titoli in via anticipata in data 25 giugno 2024.
Il rimborso anticipato dei titoli avverrà alla pari insieme agli interessi maturati e non corrisposti. Gli interessi cesseranno di maturare alla data di rimborso anticipato.

Notice of early redemption
UniCredit S.p.A. €1,250,000,000 Fixed to Floating Rate Callable Senior Notes due June 2025
(the "Notes")
ISIN XS2017471553
With reference to the above mentioned Notes, issued on 25 June 2019, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the Italian Law Notes, UniCredit S.p.A. announces that, having received the Single Resolution Board authorisation, it will exercise the option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 25 June 2024 (the Optional Redemption Date).
The early redemption of the Notes will be at par, together with accrued and unpaid interest. Interest shall cease to accrue on the Optional Redemption Date.
