EFFICACIA NUOVA DENOMINAZIONE SOCIALE
Moltiply Group S.p.A. (l'"Emittente") rende noto che in data odierna è stata iscritta presso il competente Registro delle Imprese di Milano la delibera assunta, in parte straordinaria, dall'assemblea dei soci in data 29 aprile 2024 ed avente ad oggetto il cambiamento della denominazione sociale, oltre alle altre modifiche statutarie.
Per effetto di quanto sopra, assume efficacia la nuova denominazione sociale dell'Emittente in "Moltiply Group S.p.A." ovvero, in breve, "MOL Group S.p.A." o anche "Gruppo MOL S.p.A.".
Il relativo verbale assembleare nonché il nuovo statuto sociale sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico nei modi e nei tempi previsti dalla normativa regolamentare applicabile.

EFFECTIVENESS OF NEW COMPANY NAME
Moltiply Group S.p.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces that the resolution passed, in extraordinary session, by the shareholders' meeting held on 29 April 2024 and concerning the change of the company name, as well as other amendments to the Articles of Association, was today registered with the competent Company Register of Milan.
As a result of the above, the new company name of the Issuer becomes effective as "Moltiply Group S.p.A." or, in short, "MOL Group S.p.A." or also "Gruppo MOL S.p.A.".
The relevant minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting as well as the new Articles of Association will be made available to the public in the manner and within the timeframe prescribed by the applicable regulations.
