Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing |
On June 13, 2023, Adaptive Biotechnologies (the "Company") announced that Board of Directors member Leslie Trigg had resigned. Ms. Trigg served on the Company's Audit Committee, leaving two remaining Committee members. On June 26, 2023, the Company received a notice from Nasdaq regarding non-compliancewith the rule requiring three members to serve on an Audit Committee and confirming the cure period applicable to the Company. The Company is evaluating the appropriate composition of its board committees and fully intends to regain compliance with Rule 5605(c)(2)(A) within the applicable cure period.
