Update: ABN AMRO Extraordinary General Meeting and Covid-19
On 24 November 2021 at 3.00 pm CET, ABN AMRO will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss the new organisational structure and the proposed appointment of Choy van der Hooft-Cheong, Dan Dorner and Gerard Penning to the Executive Board.
Given the rising numbers of Covid-19 infections in the Netherlands, ABN AMRO has chosen to convene a fully virtual Extraordinary General Meeting, rather than allowing holders of shares and depositary receipts to attend in person.
Holders of ABN AMRO shares and depositary receipts who wish to ask questions at the meeting can submit their questions before 21 November 2021 at 5.30 pm CET. Please send these questions to
